NSW Ombudsman

NSW Ombudsman is supposed to investigate complaints about NSW government organisations. So, far my experience is that they do nothing. My complaint about the Office of the NSW Legal Services Commissioner (OLSC) was ignored stating that they do not have power to investigate OLSC.
